Manage Subscription

Upgrade, downgrade, or manage your Argus subscription.

Upgrading

  1. Navigate to Settings > Billing
  2. Click Upgrade on your desired plan
  3. Complete checkout via our payment provider (Polar)
  4. Your plan is activated immediately

Downgrading

  1. Navigate to Settings > Billing
  2. Click Change Plan
  3. Select the lower tier
  4. The change takes effect at the end of your current billing period

When downgrading, ensure your current usage is within the new plan's limits. Excess team members and API keys will need to be removed.

Billing Portal

Access the billing portal to:

  • Update payment methods
  • View invoices and payment history
  • Download receipts
  • Cancel subscription

Navigate to Settings > Billing > Manage Subscription to access the portal.

Cancellation

If you cancel your subscription:

  • Your plan remains active until the end of the billing period
  • After expiration, your account reverts to the Free plan
  • Your data is retained according to the Free plan's retention policy (3 days)
